6. Payment, Fulfillment, and Delivery

Payment must be successfully authorized or confirmed before an order can be processed. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods made available at checkout. The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location, device, and checkout eligibility.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped from the United States.

For deliveries within the United States, estimated transit time is generally 6–9 business days after dispatch. International delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be sent after dispatch. Carrier tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier's tracking system.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States. International shipping charges, are based on the destination and selected shipping service and will be shown before you complete your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing an order. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order details so we can review the matter and provide appropriate assistance.

Ownership, delivery responsibility, and risk of loss will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can generally be accommodated only before the order has been dispatched. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has advanced or the order has been handed to the carrier. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible purchases may be returned by submitting a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Please contact us before sending any item back. Return authorization and instructions must be obtained before the item is shipped to us.

For standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind or fit preference, the customer is responsible for the standard return shipping cost. For items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the order, we will arrange applicable return shipping at our expense where appropriate and as required by law.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Returned items may be inspected to determine whether they meet the applicable return conditions. Any reduction in a refund due to handling or diminished value will be applied only where permitted by applicable law.

After we receive a returned item, we will complete the return inspection and notify you of the result within 1–3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
